Warranty Information

Every wood fence, wrought iron fence, pipe fence, and automatic driveway gate we build comes with a warranty. Our warranty is not a material warranty – it’s a Workmanship Warranty, which means we are covering the actual labor and workmanship that went into your fence.

We warranty all wood fences we build for a period of three (3) years from the date of completion. We also warranty all steel (wrought iron) fences and steel gates for ten (10) years from the date of completion.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any fence or gate found to be defective in workmanship or materials, free of charge.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by:

1. Acts of nature, including but not limited to, storms, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
2. Improper maintenance, neglect, or lack of regular care.
3. Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse of the fence or gate.
4. Modifications or alterations made to the fence or gate by parties other than us.
5. Normal wear and tear.
