Permits

Immediately after you sign the contract with your sales representative, Texas Select Fencing gets to work! We include permits with all of our fence projects. We are registered contractors with most cities in DFW and will make sure we build your fence aligned to your city's code so the permit process is smooth.

Step 2

HOA Approval

We assist each customer with obtaining approval from their HOA. We will send all the required information to our customers to make sure it’s a quick approval process.

Step 3

Material purchase

After permit and HOA approval, we order your materials with our suppliers to ensure the materials are purchased at the price we quoted you for. Once the contract is signed, the customer's material prices are locked in and will not change after the fact unless changes to the project are made.

Step 4

Scheduling

While your project's materials are being delivered, our office will contact you to work on getting your project scheduled for install. This is usually within 1-2 weeks after time of contract signing.

Step 5

Installation

When Texas Select shows up to your project, we will do a pre-installation review to make sure all project details are still correct. Your crew will then get to work on your project, YAY! The average residential backyard fence takes 1-2 days! Our crews will work carefully to make sure they craft the beautiful fence we sold to you and make sure the project area remains clean with no trace of construction left behind each day. After our crew is finished, one of our representatives will then meet with you to complete a final walkthrough and after customer approval we will then collect the final payment! YAY JOB COMPLETE! You can now sit back and enjoy the view of your new Texas Select Fence!
